Side Effects

“As with any pharmaceutical grade exogenous substance, there is a risk of adverse issues

arising when taking clenbuterol”

Sadly, this risk tends to be fairly elevated in the case of fat burning products when compared to other items being that members of the general public are as likely to use these products as those with experience in the fat burning arena.

This can lead to the manifestation of ill effects as much due to a lack of knowledge / irresponsible utilisation as anything else.

The clenbuterol side effects can on the whole be resigned to either being of a “mild” or “serious” nature. In the case of the former symptoms, you should monitor them closely and if they happen to manifest in a potent fashion or get worse over time, this would warrant medical attention.

In regards to the serious side effects; these would all warrant immediate medical attention without delay.

Common Issues and Symptoms

The less severe “common” symptoms you may encounter whilst using clenbuterol are:

  • Vomiting
  • Tremors
  • Anxiety
  • Muscle cramps
  • Increased heart rate
  • Hypertension
  • Nervousness
  • Restlessness
  • Headaches
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Sweating
  • Palpitations
  • Insomnia
  • Dry mouth

It goes without saying that whilst these symptoms are largely regarded as being mild, this does not mean that they are by any means pleasant to experience. Should these symptoms manifest in a potent fashion (especially in regards to an increased heart rate, breathing difficulties, vomiting and palpitations) over an extended period of time this would without definitely warrant medical attention.

Be aware that it is possible that you’re going to encounter at least some of these adverse issues over the course of your clenbuterol use. Excess sweating, dry mouth, restlessness and occasional headaches for instance are a fairly commonplace aspect of using metabolic enhancement agents.

You can counteract many of these less serious issues by making sure that you are well hydrated – aim to ingest anywhere between 3 – 4 litres of water per day and up to five on days where you exercise. You may even need more, therefore you must observe this element closely.

Serious issues whilst using clenbuterol would include:

  • Taurine depletion
  • Headaches
  • Tremors
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Vertigo
  • Hypophosphatemia
  • Vertigo
  • Stroke
  • Tachyicardia
  • Hypokalaemia

Should any of these adverse symptoms manifest, you must secure immediate medical attention to counteract them. There should be no element of delay in this regard if you wish to safeguard your vitality. You’ll find that provided you adhere to sensible dosage principles whilst using this product, it is unlikely that you are going to encounter any particularly serious problems.

This all relies on your personal responsibility as a user though, and whether or not you are willing to follow guidelines (as we’ll soon outline) stringently. This is where a great deal of the risk comes from in the “public” sector, being that most of the people who use clenbuterol for general slimming purposes do not have access to experience or sensible advice in regards to administering it.

Please note also that these adverse issues have primarily been observed through a result of overdosing due to accidental ingestion when eating contaminated meat. This means that speculatively speaking these issues (including the milder ones) are based on worst-case scenarios. This doesn’t mean however that you should ever assume that none of the above symptoms will manifest. As previously stated, some are almost guaranteed to.

A Quick Note Regarding Sleeplessness

Insomnia can be a difficult element to counteract when integrating any metabolic enhancement agent but luckily it can be avoided by following some very simple principles.

Being that clenbuterol lasts for anywhere up to 36 hours in the system, it’s quite difficult to time doses in such a manner that you avoid experiencing a surge of energy before bedtime.

Luckily, whilst it may last for up to 36 hours – its “active” effects tend only  to last for a period of a few hours at a time. When you’re implementing a higher dose (approaching the 100 mcg per day range) you’ll find that splitting doses is more effective.

Its with this “active” life in mind that you must sensibly plan your doses around when you intend to sleep. Wherever possible, try to leave at least 4 hours and ideally more after taking your last dose before you enter.

Basic “sleep hygiene” methods will also help here including:

  • Not staring at screens for extended periods within the hour before going to bed
  • Ensuring that you take some time to try and empty your mind of potential stresses
  • Engaging in meditation techniques
  • Reading a book until the mind relaxes
  • Switching off all technology at least half an hour before sleeping

When you combine these useful tips with sensibly placed clenbuterol doses you’ll find that you do not encounter a large degree of difficulty when it comes to sleeping.

There are also useful over the counter and pharmaceutical grade sleeping aids should this become a prominent issue, though you should discuss them with your doctor first prior to use.
