Clenbuterol-Only Cycles For Weight Loss

There are actually three popular means of integrating clenbuterol, and they are all arguably as effective as each other.

We’re going to provide guidelines for running an isolated clenbuterol cycle according to all three of these guidelines
so that you fully understand how to follow and structure them during future cycles.

Following these cycle options, we’ll then provide an overview of effective Post Cycle Therapy guidelines to suit any of the cycles you choose to implement.

We’ll now begin with our cycle run down, starting with beginner level cycles and scaling them up according to individual experience.

Structuring A Beginner, Intermediate Or Advanced Clenbuterol-Only Cycle Around The Two-Week Rotation Principle

( These three administration practices are as follows. )

When following this method, the user will integrate clenbuterol for a two week period at an initial dose of roughly 20 mcg, before taking two weeks off, following resumed use again for another two week period.

Usage will continue on a two-week rotation until the end of the dieting phase. It’s worth noting that the initial 20 mcg dose is going to increase every few days over the two week usage period until the maximum dose (as chosen by the user) has been achieved.

Following any of these usage phases, you would then have a two-week gap before resuming use again for two weeks in exactly the same fashion as you dosed during your initial usage period.

Following this, you would then have a two-week gap again, before using it for two weeks again. This rotational pattern would take place until your diet phase came to an end.

It’s recommended that men never surpass a 140 mcg per day limit, and women never surpass a 100 mcg per day limit.

As a beginner, you would structure an
isolated cycle of this nature as follows:

As an intermediate level user,
you would structure a two week rotation as follows:

you would structure a two-week rotation as follows:

Structuring A Beginner, Intermediate Or Advanced Clenbuterol
Only Cycle Around The Continuous Use Principle

This administration method involves increasing the daily clenbuterol dose by 20 mcg every two to three weeks to counteract the body’s natural adaptation process whilst using clenbuterol (it simply gets “used” to the substance, therefore administering the same dose over a prolonged period would prove to be largely useless over time.)

This progressive dosing would continue until the user no longer needed to use the product, or the end of the diet phase came around.

Please note that the previously mentioned maximum daily doses would still apply here; when you hit these maximum levels, it would then be wise to cease use after three weeks of integration (at this level.)

This table will cater for beginner, intermediate and advanced users represented by either a “B”, “I” or “A” in the dosing table.

This means of use can even be adapted to suit smaller increments so that the metabolism is “revved” up over even longer periods of time (you could for instance use increments of either 5 or 2.5 mcg every two to three weeks.)

It’s worth noting that whilst the effect in this instance isn’t going to be quite as “immediate” in regards to the rapid action of clenbuterol within the body, it is certainly going to last over a more sustained period of time.

This may prove to be more beneficial to certain users. It all depends on how long you plan to diet for.

Only Cycle Around The In Between Principle

This principle only really applies to those who need to integrate clenbuterol for a period of 4 – 6 weeks in the latter stage of a cutting plan in order to achieve optimum results.

You may need this metabolic boost as a result of an upcoming competitions (meaning you need to shift excess fat rapidly) or it may just be that you need to speed things up in order to achieve your “peak” appearance in time for a desired event. You’ll simply be starting at (in the case of advanced users) a dose of 40 mcg per day and increasing it weekly until weeks 5 and 6 where you will hold your maximum dose for a two week sustained period.

Regardless of the reason why you choose to utilise this method, please note that all maximum dosage principles should be applied to as per before, and you should not really consider integrating this method if you are new to taking clenbuterol in general as it requires you to cram a fairly substantial amount of the substance into your system over a minimal time frame.

Please note that this cycle revolves around the continuous usage clenbuterol principle; T3 can easily be interwoven into any of the other administration methods for clenbuterol use but it does mean that you’ll have to fit your 8 week usage period into the existing cycle accordingly.

Structuring A Clenbuterol Based Cutting Cycle
For Beginner Or Intermediate Level Bodybuilders

For those who wish to implement clenbuterol into an intermediate level cutting phase for bodybuilding purposes, this cycle will provide the perfect platform for them to achieve their goals.

Following this cycle, an effective PCT phase will need to be implemented for male users owing to the inclusion of an anabolic steroid.

Anabolic steroids suppress natural testosterone production as the body comes to rely on an exogenous means over the course of a typical cycle – this is why Post Cycle Therapy exists.

Please note that clenbuterol use does not do this, nor does this substance require a post cycle therapy phase in its own right as per a thyroid hormone.

This is because it does not interfere with the body’s internal dynamics potently enough from a metabolic point of view to warrant a “tapering off” phase.

For Advanced Level Bodybuilders

Only advanced level bodybuilders who have prior experience with the included compounds should incorporate these cycles.
